Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Unfortunately, if your ring camera does not capture the delivery or if you were present at the time but did not receive the package, we are still not liable once the package is scanned as delivered.
Please do not accept any packages that appear damaged or opened. Responsibility for any loss or damage ends at the point the courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) confirms delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged after delivery, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will notify you and offer the option to reship your order at your expense.
